Festa Juice produces pasteurized juices . These juices are produced using state-of-the-art pasteurization equipment with Festa Juice’s original fresh juices.

Festa Juice pasteurized juices are offered in many different varietals to suit all winemaking tastes.

Pasteurized juice offers several advantages:

 

It has an extended shelf life.

 

It does not need refrigerated storage.

 

It will not start to ferment until the included yeast has been added.

Cabernet Sauvignon - The world’s most famous red wine grape variety, Cabernet Sauvignon is native to the Bordeaux region of southwestern France. With a flavour profile of cassis, cedar, peppercorn and mint, it produces sophisticated wines in a variety of styles from medium to full-bodied with an ability to age.

Merlot - Another noble Bordeaux native well known in the Pomerol region, Merlot is the main component grape in Chateau Petrus, the world’s most expensive red wine. Merlot wines are always classically elegant with their ripe plum, red berry and spice profile. Approachable in youth, its wines will also age gracefully.

Shiraz - A favourite of many winemakers for its concentrated red berry fruit and spice character. This is a grape that, although originally from France and known there as Syrah, helped put Australia on the world wine stage. Superb with Prime Rib or Beef Tenderloin.

Zinfandel - Known as California’s native red grape, Zinfandel was recently discovered as being native to Italy. Regardless of where it’s grown, its wine is always brimming with spicy flavours of ripe dark cherries, cassis and blackberry. Some of the world’s finest New World reds are produced from this classic grape variety.

Malbec - An intense wine with inky dark color and robust tannins with plum like flavour.  Oak is recommended.
