IN-STORE RETURNS:
- All returns must be made within 30 days and there is a 20% restocking fee on all returns.
- All items must be returned unused/unworn, in original product packaging, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit.
- We cannot accept returns on any Final Sale Items.
ONLINE RETURNS:
- If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, or simply decide you no longer want the goods, we offer a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee. It must be in a NEW and UNUSED condition, complete with ALL PACKAGING in the state it was delivered.
- If you wish to return goods for a refund, you must write to us by email at [email protected] within 7 working days of receiving the goods. We must receive and confirm your return request, prior to you returning the goods. Where a product meets the requirements of our return policy, we will refund the cost of the items. However, shipping charges are non refundable.
- All shipments of GLASS PRODUCTS are not insured by shipping companies. Unfortunately, for this reason, BREWERS DIRECT WILL NOT BE LIABLE for any breakage and/or accept any returns on glass products.
- Photo may be different from actual product. Products may vary from original as manufacture may make a substitute do to lack of inventory. Please refer to product details for product specifications and inclusions.
- Return postage costs are bearable by the customer.
COURIER SERVICE:
- Courier service only available within city limits of Winnipeg, Manitoba for online and/or phone orders.
- All parcels will be delivered as follows:
- 24Hrs service Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
- No Service Sat-Sun
- All parcels will be delivered to the front door unless otherwise instructed. Specific parcel placement instructions can be added to "Order Notes " during the checkout process.
- All parcels requiring a second delivery attempt, will have an added charge placed on their account which will require fee payment before delivery.
- Any and all returns that were processed as a courier service will follow the "Online Returns" policies stated in the previous section titled, Online Returns.
- Brewers Direct will not be liable for any breakage caused by courier, inclement weather or any theft, lost or misplaced items.
PICK UP SERVICE:
- This service is only available at 1400A Sargent Ave.
- This service is only offered Online.
- Pick up is only available during regular store hours.
- All orders will require a 3 hour preparation time before pick up. Orders received after 3pm will be ready for pick up the following day.
